想在神秘的青海湖邊打坐靜思，

讓湖風(fēng)輕輕拂去身上的凡塵。

我累了

想靜靜地靠在古觀音禪寺前的那棵銀杏，

讓忐忑不安的心神隨著風(fēng)中飄落的葉子尋找它的歸宿。

我累了

想靜靜地躺在那垃堤碧綠的草原上，

讓那漸行漸遠(yuǎn)的馬蹄聲帶走一切煩惱。

我累了

想靜靜地漂浮在銀灘那蔚藍(lán)的海面上，

讓海浪輕輕拍打我疲憊的身軀。

我累了

只想等待夜幕的來臨，

靜靜地站在家附近那綠絨絨的草坪上，

仰望遼闊夜空中閃爍的繁星，

忘卻一路的困頓，遠(yuǎn)離人世的喧囂，

心中唱著兒歌：

一閃一閃亮晶晶

滿天都是小星星……

I'm Tired

When tired, a bird just wants to find a forest to rest on a branch.

When tired, a fish just wants to find a stream to hide itself among the stones.

When tired, one just wants to lean in her mother's warm arms.

Now I'm tired;

I want to sit meditating by the mysterious Qinghai Lake quietly,

Letting the lake breezes gently blow away the world’s dust on me .

Now I'm tired;

I want to lean on the ginkgo tree in front of the Ancient Guanyin Temple quietly,

Letting the restless mind find its home with the leaves falling in the wind.

Now I'm tired,

I want to lie on the green grassland quietly,

Letting the horse’s hoof beats fading take away all troubles.

Now I'm tired;

I want to float on the blue sea of the Silver Beach quietly,

Letting the waves gently pat on my exhausted body.

Now I'm tired;

I just want to wait for the night,

And stand on the velvety green lawn near my home quietly,

Looking up at the stars in the vast night sky,

Forgetting all the fatigue of the life journey, staying away from the noises of the world,

And singing this kids song in my heart:

Twinkle, twinkle, little star

How I wonder what you are…

2、心碎了/程家惠

一個漫長的夜

一個孤獨的月

陪伴一顆破碎的心

我用淚水淹沒它的哭泣

但淹埋不了夜鶯凄厲的慘叫

我用夜露清洗它流淌的血

但沖洗不了那沾滿凡塵的夜幕

我用回憶把它的碎瓣粘合

但串不起那一朵朵飄散的浮云

我用寂靜把它包扎

但黑夜不甘沉寂

我用慘淡的月色把它撫慰

但撫平不了那月色下荒野的騷動

突然一陣夜風(fēng)刮起

把它吹碎成夜空那一顆顆散落

但依然顫動的寒星。

A Broken Heart

Accompanying a broken heart

Are a lonely moon

And an endless night.

I drown it in tears

But fail to drown the nightingale’s sad and thrill cry;

I clean its blood with the night dew with dim light

But fail to clean the dusty curtain of the night;

I glue its broken petals together with the memory of mine

But fail to string together the clouds floating high;

I wrap it up in quietness

But the night doesn’t like to sleep quiet;

I soothe it with the pale moonlight

But fail to appease the restlessness of the wild. 

Suddenly a night wind blows

And breaks it into the scattering cold stars 

Still quivering in the night sky.
