Chenggang, Professor of English, College of Foreign Languages, who is
mainly engaged in the teaching of translation theory and practice for
MTI students, and is a member of China Traditional Poetry Society and a
council member of Yunnan Translators Association. He is the author of

1、漢俳·斑頭雁（外一首）
（二零二零年十月中旬一對斑頭雁從遠方飛到云南農(nóng)業(yè)大學校園棲息避寒。
時值新學年開學之際新“客人”的到來給農(nóng)大帶來了吉祥好運。
特寫漢徘詩外一首并英譯以為紀念。）

長頸斑頭雁，
唇足橙黃白羽現(xiàn)，
頸背雙道線。
（2）
遠客盤空旋，
棲息農(nóng)大暖心田，
師生喜樂見。

Its long neck’s in beck,
Orange lips, feet, white plumes grow,
Two lines on back of neck.

2、七律·百元美鈔
本杰明君肖像印*，顏新面美百金元。
巨頭似比光土豆，鈔票通流地水天。
片紙一張分角壘，千辛萬苦汗珠連。
銀花撒落指間去，零瓣拾回得幾難？
(* 此百元美鈔印有美國前總統(tǒng)本杰明?富蘭克林的大頭像，好似“土豆頭”。)
Seven Character Octave ? A Hundred-Dollar Bill
Portrait of Benjamin is printed on bill,
Face value is worth a hundred-dollar.
Bright head round like a potato from hill,
Banknote circulates in land, sky ’n water.
Paper piece piles up cent, dime and quarters,
Lots of sweat from toil is hard to total.
Silver petals scatter between fingers,
How hard one can re-pick up each petal?
(* The $100 bill has former U.S. President Franklin’s portrait like a "big potato" on it.)
3、七律·影片《泰坦尼克號船》觀后
撈取寶箱圖謎解，百齡幸婦憶船沉。
夢回八五年前事，情繞千余海上魂。
泰號美洲航遠去，冰山狂水破侵吞。
露絲杰克愛難舍，生者猶思夢里人。
After Watching the Movie Titanic
Salvage the treasure box and puzzle solve,
A centenarian recalls the ship sank.
Prior to eighty-five years they’re in love,
Mourn over thousand souls at sea sans bank.
Titanic’s voyage to America afar,
The icebergs strike it and cruelly swallow.
Rose and Jack’s love cannot be torn apart,
The dead’s in heart of the survived widow.
4、七絕·潑
大雁雙飛水繞流，美人礁坐綠灣洲。
幽情好灑發(fā)飄墜，柔浴香清梳理頭。
Splashing

Pair of wild geese fly in sky over the fine land,
A beauty is sitting on reef of Green Bay and
She bathes with soft fragrant water in grace mind,
After washing she combs her hair and dries in wind.
5、七絕·紅白葡萄
碧珠紅子滿豐圓，乳潤汁香爽口甜。
翻瞟白眸輕爾視，秋波赤眼尚垂涎。
Red and White Grapes
Tune: Seven Character Quatrain
On vine yields big green and red beads in haste,
Sweet juice moistens throat with refreshing taste.
They dare to turn eyes white showing despise,
At a time they shed tears with round red eyes.

（曾游大觀園，對黛玉瀟湘館紫竹印象頗深，感賦七絕。）
落紅莫笑葬花癡，溪水斷橋冰冷時。
紫竹瀟湘斑點淚，怡紅院里幾人知？
