這兩天，河南突降暴雨，讓無數(shù)人關(guān)心牽掛。
據(jù)@河南日報微博消息，根據(jù)目前汛情發(fā)展情況，鄭州市防指決定自7月22日13時20分起將防汛I級應(yīng)急響應(yīng)降至Ⅲ級。
暴雨無情人有情，災(zāi)難面前，一幕幕動人的場景不斷上演。

在這場暴雨中，有很多瞬間溫暖人心！
Thousands of soldiers are taking part in the disaster-relief efforts in the province. The People's Liberation Army Central Theater Command said troops, along with vehicles and boats, have been sent to more than 30 hazardous areas in Zhengzhou, Luoyang, Xinxiang and other cities in Henan to help local governments clear debris and mop up remaining floodwaters as well as prevent landslides.
7月21日上午，火箭軍戰(zhàn)士奔赴鄭州搶險救災(zāi)，攜帶12艘皮劃艇，1000多件救生衣，500多個必要救生器材。
救援的第一站是兒童福利院，火箭軍戰(zhàn)士一人抱一個娃轉(zhuǎn)移，有些寶貝們在子弟兵堅實的臂彎中，睡得十分安穩(wěn)。

全國各地救援力量
奔赴河南
根據(jù)應(yīng)急管理部消防救援局命令，7月21日凌晨4時許，湖北省消防救援總隊迅速調(diào)派365名消防指戰(zhàn)員，攜帶舟、艇、無人機等相關(guān)裝備星夜馳援河南，參加抗洪搶險救援。
除此之外，河北、山西、江蘇、安徽、江西、山東......消防救援水上救援專業(yè)隊伍1800名指戰(zhàn)員緊急奔赴河南，上下一心的團結(jié)讓許多網(wǎng)友破防。
暴雨中的河南，到處都是溫暖而有力的雙手，到處都有扶危解難的力量。
在網(wǎng)上流傳甚廣的一則視頻中，暴雨淹沒鄭州一處商場地下室，商場工作人員和市民排成一排，嘴里大喊著口號，齊心協(xié)力將被困人員逐個拉了出來。

在另一則視頻中，一名困在洪水中的女性被眾人拉出漩渦。
In another video, a woman trapped in torrential waters was rescued with the help of several people and she was lifted to safety.
相互攙扶，相互幫一把，是這座大水肆虐的城最讓人感動的場面。
一場臨時的表演
School concert bands stranded at Zhengzhou East Railway Station in Henan province have helped keep passengers calm by performing patriotic songs when torrential rain and massive flooding hit the provincial capital. More than 160 trains stopped services at the station, stranding a large number of passengers.
當聽到熟悉的旋律響起，旅客們瞬間被溫暖感動，紛紛為他們拍照點贊。
