【五塊錢】
美國海關(guān)有一批沒收的腳踏車，在公告后決定拍賣，拍賣會中，每次叫價，總有一個十歲出頭的男孩以“五塊”開始出價，然后又眼睜睜地看著腳踏車被別人用三十、四十元買去。
拍賣暫停休息時，拍賣員問那小男孩為什么不出較高的價格來買。男孩說，他只有五塊錢。
拍賣會又開始了，男孩還是每次都以“五塊”起價，當(dāng)然最后還是被別人競走。慢慢地，聚集的觀眾開始注意到那個總是首先出價的男孩，越來越多的人對男孩競價的結(jié)果產(chǎn)生了濃厚的興趣。
拍賣會快結(jié)束的時候，只剩一輛最棒的腳踏車，車身光亮如新，有多種排檔、十段桿式變速器、雙向手煞車、速度顯示器和一套夜間電動燈光裝置。這無疑是一輛難得的好車！
拍賣員問：“有誰出價？”
站在最前面，而幾乎已經(jīng)放棄希望的那個小男孩還是站起來，堅定地說：“五塊”。此時拍賣會現(xiàn)場一片寂靜。所有人屏住呼吸，靜靜地站在那兒等待著結(jié)果。
這時，所有在場的人全部盯住這位小男孩，沒有人出聲，沒有人舉手，也沒有人喊價。直到拍賣員唱價三次后，他大聲說：“這輛腳踏車賣給這位穿短褲白球鞋的小伙子！”
此話一出，全場鼓掌。那小男孩歡呼著舉上那皺巴巴的五塊鈔票，得到了那輛毫無疑問是世上最漂亮的腳踏車，臉上流露出人們從未見過的最燦爛的笑容。
在我們的生命當(dāng)中，除了“勝過別人”、“壓過別人”、“超越別人”之外，我們能否可以“成就別人”？
