This is Peedie
這是皮迪。
Peedie is a gosling.
皮迪是一只小鵝。
A small,yellow gosling who sometimes forgets things.
一只有時(shí)候會(huì)忘記事情的黃色小鵝。
Peedie forgets things.
皮迪會(huì)忘記事情，
Even when Mama Goose reminds him.
即使鵝媽媽提醒他，
He forgets to come in out of the rain
他也還是會(huì)忘記。下雨了他忘了進(jìn)來(lái)。
He forgets to eat all his food.
他忘記吃他所有的食物，
He forgets to tidy his nest.
他忘記整理他的窩。
He forgets to take a nap.
他忘記打盹了，
He forgets to turn the egg.
他忘記轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)蛋了。
But peedie never forgets to wear his lucky baseball cap.
但是皮迪永遠(yuǎn)不會(huì)忘記戴上他幸運(yùn)的紅色棒球帽。
He wears it everywhere he goes.
他走到哪里都戴著它。
He wears it when he dives.
他潛水時(shí)戴著它，
He wears it when he slides.
他滑著玩兒的時(shí)候戴著它。
He wears it when he explores.
他在探索時(shí)戴著它，
He wears it when he snores
他打鼾的時(shí)戴著它。
Peedie never forgets to wear his lucky red baseball cap.
Everywhere he goes.
皮迪所到之處，永遠(yuǎn)不會(huì)忘記戴上他幸運(yùn)的紅色棒球帽。
Then one day Peedie put his lucky red baseball cap in a secret place.
然而，有一天皮迪把他幸運(yùn)的紅色棒球帽放在一個(gè)秘密的地方。
But he forgot where he put it.
但他忘記了他把它放在哪里了。
He looked in the pond.
他在池塘里找，
He looked in the apples.
他在蘋(píng)果堆里找。
He looked under the flower pot.
他在花盆底下找，
He looked in the tall grass.
他在高高的草叢中找。
But Peedie could not remember where he had put it.
但皮迪不記得他把它放在哪里了。
"Did you forget to turn the egg?"Mama Goose asked.
“你忘記翻蛋了嗎？”鵝媽媽問(wèn)道。
Peedie slowly trudged to the nest.His lucky red baseball cap was gone.
皮迪慢慢地跋涉到巢穴，他幸運(yùn)的紅色棒球帽不見(jiàn)了。
Then he saw it "There you are!"he said.
突然他看到了， “你在這！”他說(shuō)。
Peedie is a gosling.
皮迪是一只小鵝。
A small,yellow gosling who forgets things--sometimes !
一只有時(shí)候會(huì)忘記事情的黃色小鵝!
