加拿大維多利亞皇家藝術學院坐落于加拿大不列顛哥倫比亞省首府維多利亞市，創(chuàng)辦人來自加拿大的Daniel先生，維多利亞市位于溫哥華島的南端，是溫哥華島上最大的城市和海港。受到英國女王時代的影響，城市充滿英倫風格，市內(nèi)秀美寧靜，繁花似錦，四季綠草如茵，枝繁葉茂，素有“花園城市”的美稱。作為中國美麗水鄉(xiāng)古城蘇州的國際友好城市，一直以來維多利亞市和蘇州市政府間保持著在文化藝術科技等領域的不斷聯(lián)系和交流。

學院自成立以來，逐漸成為藝術家創(chuàng)作與交流基地，受到中國駐溫哥華總領事館，中僑基金會，中加文化交流協(xié)會，維多利亞市政府的支持。自2021開始，加拿大維多利亞皇家藝術學院與中國東方藝術研究中心合作，擬聘請中國書畫藝術名家為該院榮譽院士及客座教授，目的為亞洲文化藝術推廣邁出新的一步。未來學院以中外文化藝術交流，學術訪問，藝術展，學術研討，空中講堂等多種方式，不斷促進中加二國間的文化滲透和互助，提高二國藝術和文化的相互繁榮，使世界藝術更有力的在二國間多領域中得到傳播和發(fā)展。

Cui Yunan was born in 1982 in Tai'an County, Liaoning Province. From 1998 to 2000, he was born in the middle school attached to Lu Xun Academy of fine arts. From 2001 to 2006, the Sculpture Department of the Central Academy of fine arts is now a professional sculptor
