前言：
親愛的大朋友、小朋友:
你們好！中英文繪本故事專欄，由文聲國際公眾平臺華裔語言表演藝術(shù)家、金牌主播，《呆家長與熊孩子》平臺語言藝術(shù)總監(jiān)蘇玉蓉老師擔任。蘇老師不僅有著扎實的舞臺表演和話筒前的豐富經(jīng)驗和實力，而且也有海外公立學校幼教經(jīng)驗，是一位資深的幼兒教師。兩年來在都市頭條、文聲國際公眾平臺、文聲世界華人藝術(shù)家公眾平臺、呆家長與熊孩子公眾平臺朗誦了百篇文學作品，皆受到聽眾的一致好評。尤其是《呆家長與熊孩子》公眾平臺開播以來，蘇姐姐講中英文故事得到兒童、成人的喜歡，所有作品在都市頭條都是精選和紅榜！

Friday is my favorite day.
星期五是我最喜歡的一天。
Every Friday, Dad and I leave the house early.
每個星期五，爸爸和我都早早地離開家。
Even if it is cold,
snowing,
sunny,
or raining.
即使天氣寒冷，
下雪，
陽光明媚，
或者下雨。
We see the shops open.
我們看到商店開門了。
And the building on the corner going up bit by bit.
而在拐角處正在建筑的一座大樓正一點一點地在向上加高。
We look at lots of things along the way.
"Three more blocks to go," says Dad.
我們一路上看很多東西。
“還有三個街區(qū)要走，”爸爸說。
Everyone is rushing, but we're taking our time.
每個人都很匆忙，但我們卻悠閑自得。
We get friendly waves,
and we give them right back.
人們友好的向我們打招呼，
我們馬上也向他們打招呼。
We count the dogs,
and I mail our letters with a little help.
我們數(shù)著狗狗，
我在爸爸的一點幫助下郵寄了我們的信件。
"C'mon", I say.
"Only one more block to go."
“快點”，我說。
“只剩下一個街區(qū)就到了?！?/span>
At Last——breakfast at the diner!
最后——在一個小餐館吃早餐！
"Let me guess," Rosa the waitress says,
"Pancakes, right?"
We look out the window and watch people hurry by.
“讓我猜猜，”女服務(wù)員羅莎說，
“煎餅，對吧？”
我們望向窗外，看著匆匆而過的人們。
While we eat, Dad and I talk about all sorts of things.
吃飯的時候，爸爸和我聊著各種各樣的事情。
But soon it's time for us to go.
"See you next Friday!"
但很快我們就該走了。
“下周見！”服務(wù)員對我們說。
Already, I can't wait.
我已經(jīng)等不及了。
