陳穩(wěn)兆，1968年7月出生，浙江青田人。
知名雕刻家、收藏家、鑒賞家，國(guó)家藝術(shù)品評(píng)估師。雅號(hào)“奇麟閣主人”。
澳門(mén)印社社長(zhǎng)陸康盛贊他為“青田石雕文化的推進(jìn)者”。
曾被評(píng)為“上海收藏十大人物”；
曾成為香港《大中華收藏》雜志封面人物；

陳穩(wěn)兆，16歲開(kāi)始進(jìn)行石雕創(chuàng)作，33年來(lái)創(chuàng)作了100多件石雕精品，創(chuàng)建了奇麟閣，并不斷發(fā)展壯大，在浙江、上海、廣州等在開(kāi)創(chuàng)多家分公司與藝術(shù)展覽館，譜寫(xiě)了獨(dú)屬于他的傳奇……，他既是一個(gè)成功的商人，頭上有著各種商會(huì)常務(wù)副會(huì)長(zhǎng)的光環(huán)，同時(shí)又是一個(gè)資深的玉石鑒賞家、收藏家、雕刻家，與文藝界、收藏界名流躋身一堂。
