Wang Longyi, an artist, proposed the "Experimental Creation Theory of Science and Art Spirit". He graduated from the Oil Painting major of Sichuan Academy of Fine Arts, graduated from the Oil Painting Advanced Research Class of Tianjin Academy of Fine Arts, served as the President of the Spiritual Art Society of the China Contemporary Art Alliance, a member of the Academic Committee of the People's Daily of China, an art consultant of the China Fortune Elite Chamber of Commerce, a director of the International Contemporary Art Federation, and an art researcher at the University of Modern Management, Academician of the Chinese Academy of Buddhist Arts, Calligraphy and Painting, Dean of the China Oriented Cultural and Art Research Institute, Academician of the Today Online Calligraphy and Painting Academy, Invited Artist from Sydney, Australia, Member of the China Contemporary Art Committee, Member of the Artists Association of the Ministry of Public Security, and Member of the Chongqing Artists Association. In 2009, he was honored as a Top 100 Artist in China, and in 2011, he won the second prize in the National Artists Association's "Guardian's Light" joint exhibition of art works. The award-winning works were collected and exhibited in the National Museum, In 2012, he won the government's "Wujiang Literature and Art Award", participated in the 2013-2014 "China Contemporary Art Alliance" series exhibitions, and his work was included in the "Chinese Contemporary Art Literature". In 2015, he participated in the "World Tour of Chinese New Wild Artists' Works", and his work participated in the 56th "Venice Biennale Exhibition of Creativity". In 2016, he won the first prize for the national "Sword, Fearless, and Qin Heart" art work.
