有人說我是王子
有人說我是蛤蟆
有人動機(jī)不純，癡心妄想
卻把他的想法強(qiáng)加在我身上
說癩蛤蟆，想吃天鵝肉
有人心地不善，對我舉著屠刀
總想把我端上餐桌
說我是王子的人們
其實(shí)也是一個虛詞
因?yàn)槲覐膩頉]有享受過王子的權(quán)力
我想唱兩句和聲
也只能在夜里遮遮掩掩
長期以來
我對這個世界充滿了恐懼
無法改變
我只是這個世界里最微小的生物
他們說風(fēng)就是風(fēng)
他們說雨就是雨
我的委屈遍布了田園
肚子里裝的全是氣
我僅能鼓著雙眼
艱難捱食，為莊稼醫(yī)傷
還須警惕
懸在頭頂?shù)陌遄?/span>

A Frog's Self Narration

Someone says I'm a prince
Someone says I'm a toad
Someone
with impure motives and delusions
imposes his ideas on me
talks about toads lusting after swan meat
Someone
with an evil heart wields a butcher's knife towards me
always craving to bring me to the dining table
Someone says I am a prince
Actually
this is also an empty word
because I have never enjoyed the privilege of being a prince
I want to sing sporatically to harmonize
which I can only do stealthily covered up at night
For a long time
I teem with fears towards this world
Unable to change
I am just the tiniest creature in this world
They say wind is wind
They say rain is rain
My grievances spread all over the countryside
My belly is full of rages
What I can only do is to bulge my eyes
look for food with great difficulty
heal crops
and need to be vigilant of
a plank hanging above my head
which will drop at any moment
