Exhibition Introduction
“嗅泥土·煉金石——野雪展”是有仙桃藝術(shù)空間迎接的第一個(gè)藝術(shù)家個(gè)展。在步入過內(nèi)心的桃源后,我們的心又會(huì)如何影現(xiàn)出你我的千種樣貌,映照出世界的萬般姿態(tài)?透過野雪的畫作和禪心,或許便能略知一二。
初見野雪的羅漢畫時(shí),仿佛可以嗅到來自泥土的味道。他勾勒的線條像柳條擺蕩盤錯(cuò),暈染的身形有如怪石生長(zhǎng)又凝固。羅漢圓睜的眼宛若明鏡月圓,低垂的眼又似飛雁舒展。自然的光彩在精煉的筆觸中流淌、顫動(dòng)。
野雪喜歡在各式看似隨意的紙張上畫羅漢,他的畫紙可以是斑駁如墻壁的,也可以是纖薄如布帛的。他拈來一張紙便可落筆,像種子自然地在泥土中扎根,他的筆墨落下時(shí)也沁出一顆禪心最基底的通透。
本次展覽以野雪的羅漢像禪畫為主要內(nèi)容,配合以他的抽象表現(xiàn)主義的油畫作品,串聯(lián)起一條他在通往覺悟的旅程中的心路。
"Awakening the Inner Gold - Ye Xue Exhibition" is the first solo exhibition of an artist in My Precious Art Space. After stepping into the Utopia of our heart, how will our heart reflect the thousand faces of you and me, and the thousand faces of the world? Through Ye Xue's paintings and Zen mind, we may be able to know a little bit about it.
When I first saw Ye Xue's Arhat paintings, it was as if I could smell the smell of the earth. The lines he draws are like willow swings and coils, and the dyed figures are like the growth and solidification of strange stones. Arhat's round eyes are like a mirror like a full moon, and his lowered eyes are like flying geese spread their wings. The Glow of Nature flows and trembles in the refined strokes.
Ye Xue likes to draw Arhat on all kinds of seemingly random paper, his drawing paper can be as mottled as a wall, or as thin as a piece of cloth. He draws on a piece of paper, like a seed naturally taking root in the soil, and his brushstrokes also reveal a Zen mind at its most basic level of transparency.
This exhibition focuses on Ye Xue's Zen paintings of Arhat , with his Abstract Expressionism oil paintings, to link up the paths of his heart on the journey toward enlightenment.

節(jié)選自手卷作品《佛說八吉祥》
我們可以在展覽現(xiàn)場(chǎng)看到野雪的近50幅作品,其中涵蓋了紙本水墨禪畫、巨幅卷軸、小幅手卷、抽象紙本油畫作品等。
其中的巨幅卷軸是野雪在接觸羅漢畫的初期開始,用自創(chuàng)的木滾軸畫法繪制的十分具有代表性的羅漢作品。用野雪自己的形容來講:“用這樣的筆法所寫意出的羅漢像是干枯斑駁的”,當(dāng)畫軸在面前被展開,親眼見到的感受著實(shí)震撼又觸動(dòng)。
作為一名修行佛法的居士,野雪分享自己的作品時(shí)說道:
在大乘佛教中,不僅關(guān)注自己的覺醒,也希望眾生皆可覺醒。羅漢即是寄托了這樣的一種精神。
羅漢畫中所寄托的是眾生的生命中都會(huì)出現(xiàn)的喜怒哀樂,羅漢與世俗其實(shí)是沒有任何距離的。
我的羅漢畫都是靈性到達(dá)極致的狀態(tài)時(shí)即興涌現(xiàn)出來的形象,是沒有在畫紙前摸索的過程的。
藝術(shù)家是與靈性精神相聯(lián)系的。
作為觀者,我也深切感受到野雪作品中靈動(dòng)、天真的狀態(tài),是真誠(chéng)的、超越的。這些展現(xiàn)出作者心性的作品邀請(qǐng)著每一位觀者來到現(xiàn)場(chǎng),打開自己、誠(chéng)心感受。

About Artist
野雪,獨(dú)立藝術(shù)家。1962年出生于陜北吳堡縣手工藝人家庭,輾轉(zhuǎn)甘肅,1994年北漂京城至今。
野雪擁有豐富深刻的藝術(shù)遺產(chǎn),在著名的西安美術(shù)學(xué)院學(xué)習(xí)油畫。在那里,他反對(duì)正統(tǒng)的學(xué)院繪畫風(fēng)格,培養(yǎng)了對(duì)西方抽象傳統(tǒng)的興趣,也增強(qiáng)了對(duì)西方抽象表現(xiàn)主義藝術(shù)的熱情。作品既借鑒了中西文化傳統(tǒng),也被一種深刻的個(gè)人靈性所滲透,這源于他對(duì)佛法的深度認(rèn)知和實(shí)踐。
野雪大膽地應(yīng)用了東西方繪畫的技法和材料,創(chuàng)作出形式優(yōu)雅、力量?jī)?nèi)斂的抽象圖像。為了達(dá)到作品的最佳效果,他使用了水墨、拼貼、油畫、丙烯、麻布和單色印刷,有時(shí)也會(huì)在同一個(gè)畫面中全部出現(xiàn)。這些成果具有深刻的個(gè)人色彩,但又具有普遍的吸引力,它們探討了人類的本質(zhì):我們與世界的關(guān)系、我們的情緒、我們與環(huán)境的互動(dòng)、萬物之間的聯(lián)系,以及通往覺悟的旅程。
野雪的作品在中國(guó)、日本、英國(guó)、澳大利亞和美國(guó)及歐洲地區(qū)廣泛展出,并在國(guó)際上被私人及機(jī)構(gòu)收藏。
Ye Xue has a rich artistic heritage. Born, in 1962, into a well-established family of Chinese folk artists from Shaanxi, on the banks of the Yellow River, in northwestern China, he trained at the prestigious Xi’An Academy of Fine Arts, in the provincial capital. There he rebelled against the orthodox Confucian painting-style, developing an interest in the Western abstract tradition, and a particular passion for the works of Mark Rothko.
Ye Xue's work now draws on both the Chinese and Western cultural traditions. It is pervaded, too, by a profound and personal spirituality – derived from his deep immersion in Buddhist lore and practice.
Using Oriental and Occidental painting techniques and materials in daring synthesis, Ye Xue creates allusive abstract images of great formal elegance and restrained power. To achieve his effects he uses ink-wash, collage, oil paint, acrylic, frottage, and mono-print – sometimes all on the same picture. The results are deeply personal yet universal in their appeal, they explore what it means to be human: our place in the world, our emotions, our interaction with the environment, the inter-connectedness of all things, and the journey toward enlightenment.
Ye Xue is currently based in Beijing. His work has been exhibited extensively in China, Japan, Australia and the United States, and is held in private collections internationally.
寫在最后
一些來自有仙桃的心里話
野雪老師的羅漢給我最直接的感受就是力量與幽默。羅漢本來是苦修并已經(jīng)覺悟的成就者,是經(jīng)歷千種磨難才到達(dá)的境地。但野雪老師的羅漢都很可愛,在一條條粗獷且自由的線條中,我感受到的是作者苦中作樂的心境和日復(fù)一日在人生修行路上的勇敢向前。

拜訪野雪老師的工作室時(shí),能感受到他多年來對(duì)藝術(shù)和感受與對(duì)佛法的領(lǐng)悟都將他的經(jīng)驗(yàn)、記憶、甚至是他日常的一茶一飯,化做了生命中無法替代的珍寶。
野雪老師也善用網(wǎng)絡(luò)記錄自己的感受,前幾天看到老師發(fā)了一條工作室的視頻,配文:“大半輩子用生命不知喚醒了什么?看著滿屋子的精神物質(zhì),似乎一直在尋找答案!”
