李玉民， 中共黨員，退伍軍人。遼西葫蘆島市作協(xié)會員，南票區(qū)作協(xié)會員。首任虹螺峴鎮(zhèn)有線電視臺臺長兼總編。從文40余年，有超千篇文學(xué)作品及新聞稿件在《遼寧日報》、《葫蘆島日報》、《中國火炬》《世界詩歌作協(xié)中國詩人作家網(wǎng)》等媒體發(fā)表。作品屢次獲獎。2021年，榮獲中國好聲音龍雨藝術(shù)平臺建黨百周年詩歌大賽一等獎。2023年1月，榮獲首屆中國詩人作家網(wǎng) 世界文壇迎春【飛天杯】杰出傳承文學(xué)獎。同年，還被中國詩人作家網(wǎng)評定認(rèn)證會員，終身榮譽(yù)成就獎。
