FAIRY PENGUIN PARADE
-- A night on Phillip Island, Australia
In complete silence
they march in file onto the stage
like well-rehearsed kindergarteners
their white-breasted costumes
glittering joyously
under the dim light
Since no flash is allowed
it is hard to tell
from which backstage they emerge—
the boundless ocean
or the dark night
In wobbling steps
without any gesture
or dialogue
they shake water off their bodies
and fill the eyes of the audience
with tears

"Dielianhua · The Random Thoughts while Staring at the Window"
Author/Jinzi
The rain fell on the lonely window and wet the face lightly, it seamed to murmur with tears, but sighed that the youth was far away. The cardamom years are gone, only the past is still reluctant to leave this mortal world.
My temples are already stained with autumn frost, with a little silver light, it’s still flashing with a bit of warmth. If I look back at today in the future, wouldn’t it be the prime of my youth right now.
