譚靜（字粟天），男，1960年生。重慶人。1986年畢業(yè)于四川美術(shù)學(xué)院。
畢業(yè)后曾在國(guó)內(nèi)外多家大型集團(tuán)公司從事藝術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)管理工作。中國(guó)建筑設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)會(huì)會(huì)員，中國(guó)書(shū)畫家協(xié)會(huì)會(huì)員，中國(guó)藝術(shù)平臺(tái)會(huì)員，國(guó)際抽象藝術(shù)家聯(lián)盟常務(wù)理事。2021年被評(píng)為藝術(shù)高端論壇推薦藝術(shù)家。
