陳沫（陳秋芳），祖籍福建霞浦。2018年旅美生活在紐約曼哈頓。現(xiàn)為：國際書畫藝術(shù)家聯(lián)合會副會長、美國中國美術(shù)家協(xié)會副主席、新西蘭中國書畫院副院長、中關(guān)村畫院副院長、北京石齊畫院特聘畫家、首批國際高端簽約畫家。近十幾年來，以《為愛走天涯--陳沫原創(chuàng)作品展》為主題的全球巡展，開啟了陳沫藝術(shù)與國際藝術(shù)交流的新篇章，并在全球多個城市留下了展覽、交流和寫生釆風(fēng)的足跡，榮獲中美文化藝術(shù)交流大使稱號和國際杰出女畫家獎。
Chen Mo (Chen Qiufang), with ancestral roots in Xiapu, Fujian. Living in Manhattan, New York in 2018. Currently: Vice President of the International Federation of Painting and Calligraphy Artists, Vice President of the Chinese Artists Association in the United States, Vice President of the New Zealand Chinese Painting and Calligraphy Academy, Vice President of the Zhongguancun Painting Academy, Specially Appointed Painter of the Beijing Shiqi Painting Academy, and one of the first international high-end contracted painters. In the past decade, the global exhibition with the theme of "Walking the World for Love - Chen Mo's Original Works Exhibition" has opened a new chapter in Chen Mo's art and international art exchange, leaving footprints in exhibitions, exchanges, and sketching in multiple cities around the world. It has been awarded the title of China US Cultural and Art Exchange Ambassador and the International Outstanding Female Painter Award.
為慶祝中法建交六十周年，陳沫于2024年5月12日--31日隨藝術(shù)代表團(tuán)訪問歐洲，展覽于5月21日在法國薩萊萊多德Sallèles-d'Aude隆重舉行。法國奧德省納博訥區(qū)薩萊萊多德Sallèles-d'Aude第一副市長多米尼克·特里萊斯 Dominique Trilles女士參加了開幕式并致辭。陳沫的原創(chuàng)作品《紫藤花開系列》深受喜愛并被收藏。此次畫展由中國李可染畫院、中國國韻文華書畫院主辦；全歐華人專業(yè)協(xié)會聯(lián)合會、全法中網(wǎng)科技工作者協(xié)會、Expert Invest投資公司、南部法國藝術(shù)及文學(xué)創(chuàng)作中心共同協(xié)辦；中國文化藝術(shù)發(fā)展促進(jìn)會交流部、中華人民共和國駐法大使館文化處、中華人民共和國駐馬賽總領(lǐng)事館共同支持。
To celebrate the 60th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and France, Chen Mo visited Europe with an art delegation from May 12th to 31st, 2024. The exhibition was grandly held at Salleles-d'Aude, France on May 21st. Ms. Dominique Trilles, the First Deputy Mayor of Salleles-d'Aude, Narbonne District, Aude Department, France, attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech. Chen Mo's original work "Wisteria Series" was deeply appreciated and collected. This art exhibition was hosted by the Li Keran Academy of Painting and the China Guoyun Wenhua Painting and Calligraphy Academy; co-organized by the Federation of Professional Associations of Overseas Chinese in Europe, the Association of Chinese Scientists and Technologists in France, Expert Invest Investment Company, and the Center for Art and Literature Creation in Southern France; and supported by the Exchange Department of the China Arts and Culture Development Promotion Association, the Cultural Office of the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in France, and the Consulate General of the People's Republic of China in Marseille.

畫家陳沫在此次法國展中展出了近期最新創(chuàng)作的《紫藤花開》系列作品并在展覽中受到中法各界朋友的喜愛，作品被法國奧德省納博訥區(qū)薩萊萊多德Sallèles-d'Aude市政廳 、圖盧茲資深律師所阿蘭-讓-瓦雷（Alain-Jean Varet)先生珍藏，大家在熱烈友好的氣氛中相互進(jìn)行藝術(shù)交流，增進(jìn)兩國藝術(shù)家的友誼。
Painter Chen Mo exhibited his latest series of works, "Wisteria Blossoms," at this French exhibition and was well received by friends from all walks of life in China and France. His works were collected by the Sall è les-d'Aude City Hall in the Narbonne district of Aude, France, and by Mr. Alain Jean Varet, a senior law firm in Toulouse. In a warm and friendly atmosphere, everyone engaged in artistic exchanges and strengthened the friendship between artists from both countries.

5月18日陳沫參加在圖盧茲筆會和皇家自助聚會，有來自全歐華人專業(yè)協(xié)會聯(lián)合會輪值主席、全法科技工作者協(xié)會理事長丁力女士，還來來自世界公認(rèn)的藝術(shù)家（法國著名畫家）讓-呂克.博菲爾斯Jean-Luc Beaufils先生、EXPERTINVEST投資公司總裁，著名畫家米蘭.馬爾科維奇Milan Markovich先生、資深著名律師Alain-Jean Varet 阿蘭-讓·瓦雷特先生。
On May 18th, Chen Mo attended the Toulouse Pen Club and Royal Self Help Gathering, attended by Ms. Ding Li, the rotating president of the All European Federation of Chinese Professional Associations and the chairman of the All French Association of Science and Technology Workers, as well as Mr. Jean Luc Beaufils, a world-renowned artist (a famous French painter), Mr. Milan Markovich, the president of the investment company EXPORTFOREST, and Mr. Alain Jean Varet, a senior and renowned lawyer.
