于天忠，遼寧建平人，生于 1949 年 8 月，仲達山人，松山居士。齋號： 墨玄居，號:玄弘。龍騰牡丹畫派創(chuàng)始人，美術評論家，國家一級著作家，北京大學終身教授、清華大學美術學院終身特聘教授、人民大學博士生導師，國家高級美術師，著名書畫家，國之巨匠泰斗藝術名家，亞洲國際青年電影節(jié)評審團主席、中央美院教授、美術博士生導師。世界非物質文化遺產(chǎn)研究院院士，聯(lián)合國文化藝術委員會終身專家、教授，英國皇家藝術研究院榮譽院士、客座教授，西班牙皇家藝術家協(xié)會會員、人民書畫家、國家民族畫院畫家、牛津藝術學院研究生導師、CCTV星光大道嘉賓評委、中央電視臺綜藝頻道星光大道藝術顧問，當代著名書法大師。
