pRegulated Verse: The Long March

紅軍
不怕遠(yuǎn)征難，
The Red Army
fears not the hardships
of the long march,
萬水
Ten thousand rivers
and a thousand mountains
are but trifles.
五嶺
逶迤騰細(xì)浪，
The Five Ridges wind
like surging waves,
烏蒙
磅礴走泥丸。
The Wumeng Mountains
are traversed as easily
as rolling a mud ball.
金沙
浪拍云崖暖，
The Jinsha River's waves
warm the cliffs,
大渡
橋橫鐵索寒
The Dadu River bridge
hangs cold with iron chains.
更喜
岷山千里雪，
Even more joyful
is the thousand-mile snow
of the Min Mountains,
三軍
過后盡開顏。
After the three armies pass,
all faces beam with joy.
